MasterPlan / Cost Per Copy (CPC) Program

Many firms purchase supplies and service for their printing equipment on an "as-needed" basis, but intermittent usage and maintenance needs can lead to occasional spikes in expenses for mission critical hardware. For companies who prefer a more reliable budget line item, MasterGraphics offers an alternative: MasterGraphics' MasterPlan /  Cost per Copy (CPC) program.

This program includes all hardware service, software maintenance and consumable supplies, including paper and toner, necessary for continued operation of your printing solution. Billing is typically set up on a monthly basis, although there is an alternative program that bills the equipment and maintenance on a monthly basis and the usage on a quarterly basis.  This comes as a benefit when your usage varies throughout the year.

Features:

  • Includes all toner, Bond paper, developer, labor and parts
  • Service provided by MasterGraphics; includes all necessary adjustments, firmware updates, labor and parts to keep the equipment in good working order (service shall be provided from 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
  • No shipping chargers for supplies - zero dollar invoice upon delivery of supplies
  • Purchases can be made conveniently through a custom portal at our eStore

Should your needs change throughout the term of the program, usage can be modified to best meet your needs.
