MasterGraphics to Donate Time, Resources to Vera Court Neighborhood Center Renovation
Aug. 25, 2009 - MADISON, Wis. - Thirteen employees from MasterGraphics' Madison office will join forces with United Way of Dane County, taking part in their Days of Caring program to help renovate the playground at the Vera Court Neighborhood Center on Madison's North side.
The effort is part of MasterGraphics' ongoing volunteerism program in celebration of the firm's 60th anniversary.
"This is a landmark year for MasterGraphics and we wanted to add some significance to it by offering our employees volunteerism opportunities," said Michael Wilkes, president of MasterGraphics. "Through this initiative, we will be able to not only build stronger ties internally, but truly give back to the communities in which we do business."
Earlier this year, eleven employees from MasterGraphics' Rolling Meadows, IL office worked with the Northern Fox Valley Habitat for Humanity on two local projects.
