Revolutionizing the way Architects use 3D
VIMtrek
VIMtrek is a multi-component, revolutionary rendering and collaboration tool which converts Autodesk Revit 2011 and 2012 design files into fully immersive, freely navigable, highly realistic, 3D environments in minutes instead of hours. This bundled package includes: Producer, the key component required to create VIM (Visual Information Model) files and Viewer, allows the user to move around within the environment and make annotations using a feature called VIMnotes.
SPEED - Producer can render in minutes rather than hours. The user can render a Revit image quickly at any of multiple stages of the design process, giving them greater opportunity to experience the look, feel, and performance of a project at any stage.
COST SAVINGS - Given the speed of rendering, designers will save hundreds of hours per project; design decisions can be explored before construction, and fi rms will no longer need to out source the rendering process to a third party or tie up resources for hours or days.
COLLABORATION - All users can access and experience a vitural walk-though of the Revit model simultaneously with the data-rich BIM information imbedded. The stakeholders can freely make annotations in real time, reducing unforeseen design challenges during construction. All VIMnotes are date stamped and archived for change request purposes.
EASE OF USE - The program navigation functions are simple, allowing viewers to visually move around in the rendering, like a video game, using the mouse, and keypad. Clients without any special training can experience the Revit model easily before construction begins.
SmartBIM Access Suite
The building industry continues to rapidly embrace BIM. And with BIM comes an increasing need for new work-share space, remote access and customizable solutions for a firm's BIM data. Suite Access was developed to answer these needs. A password protected, and highly customizeable repository providing a space for management and storage solution for a firm's ever increasing BIM data.
Web-based for faster access and more intuitive use
Our Suite offers firms a variety of data solutions, from managing data to cost estimating. The object and content management solution improves processes and helps utilize BIM to the fullest potential. Allows the users' content to reside in one location so they are not searching across files, folders and servers to find specific objects. They can better utilize all their existing objects, reduce redundancies and build custom catalogues. With a single click, produce a cost check on projects, giving the user an idea of the project's costs. This tool confirms design decisions and costs early in the process when design revisions can be studied with minimal impact as opposed to later in the process when revisions can cause delays, additional risks or major cost.
