Class Payment Policy

  • Payment for class is due upon class registration.
  • If you cancel out of a class more than five days before the start of the class you will receive credit for a future class.
  • If you cancel out of a class less than five working days before the first day of class or do not show up for class, you will be charged the price of the class unless you reschedule to take the class within 30 days of the original class date.
  • MasterGraphics Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollments. Course length and cost are based on a minimum of four attendees.
  • If MasterGraphics cancels a class you will be given the choice of a refund or be scheduled in a future class.
  • Note that classes are subject to change.

Inclement Weather Class Cancellation

If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather the class will be rescheduled and you will be contacted the morning of the scheduled class (please ensure that we have a phone number at which you can be reached)
