Summary
In this courseware, students use AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete the engineering tasks on a residential grading design. This class guides students through one possible grading design process from examination of existing site conditions to a final grading solution. The primary focus of this class is to teach engineers how AutoCAD Civil 3D can be used as a tool to perform common engineering tasks in the grading process more accurately and in less time
Who Should Attend
Anyone who currently is using AutoCAD Civil 3D who is interested in residential grading design. This is an excellent class for new hires, for those who are looking to expand there AutoCAD Civil 3D knowledge.
Objectives
The primary focus of this course is to learn how to perform common engineering tasks in the grading process in AutoCAD Civil 3D. The tools you learn will help to create more accurate drawings in less time.
Prerequisites
- Working knowledge of a recent version of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
- Drafting, design, or engineering experience.
- AutoCAD Civil 3D fundamentals
