AutoCAD 2011 3D Modeling

Overview:

More and more AutoCAD users are venturing out of their traditional and familiar two-dimensional world to explore the possibilities of 3D modeling. Thanks to many software enhancements in this area, 3D is an increasingly useful and widespread tool. However, the leap into three dimensions requires some changes in thinking and drawing habits.

AutoCAD 3D Drawing and Modeling training course introduces students who are proficient with AutoCAD's 2D commands to the concepts and methods of 3D modeling. The course provides a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of 3D and explores the main features of AutoCAD's advanced 3D Modeling workspace.

Duration: 24 hours

Prerequisites:

Before taking this course, students need a good working skill level in AutoCAD. A minimum of 80 hours of work experience with AutoCAD is recommended.
