Our Leadership

Kevin Carr - President

I have the privilege of leading MasterGraphics — which truly is more than a company but a cohesive family.  MG has evolved over the years and our team continues to evolve to help our clients leverage both 2D Wide Format and 3D Printing effectively.   My role is to ensure that MG continues in the same legacy it was built on – Midwest Values, Client Focused, Family oriented, Innovative, Evolving, and most of all a great place to work and a great company for our customers to partner with.

I spent many years as a sales rep for Xerox, took some time to be a stay at home dad, and then was fortunate enough to join MasterGraphics as a sales manager.  Overtime I moved into my current role as the leader for MG.  I have enjoyed leveraging my history in wide format print and also was fortunate enough to leverage our 3D print business to really set up the next evolution of the company.

I have 3 kids, a son who is a Graduate from University of Indiana, a daughter who is a Sophomore playing volleyball at University of Miami (FL), and a Sophomore daughter playing hockey at Rochester Institute of Technology.  I certainly like to laugh a lot, keep active both physically and socially, and truly feel blessed for what I do.  Oh, and one pet – Mr. Juice who may be the world’s most amazing guinea pig.

Margaret (Peggy) Sheldon CPA - Finance Director

Basically, many members of the staff call me the Cash Police!

In my role, I examine everything that hits the books between managing cash flow, reducing debt and related interest, reducing unnecessary expenses, and making sure cash is spent to get our team what they need most in order to do their tasks most efficiently and most effectively.  Each of our team members are experts in their field, and I trust them fully and they deserve to have what they really need.

Everyone at MG works as a close team, so it is of utmost importance that we also recently updated/changed our software, security, methods of communication, and policies and procedures to satisfy the professional needs of the company & employees.  Ultimately systems are set up right to best support our MG team, resulting in fantastic support for our wonderful customers.

We hard-close the financial statements every month and my team is responsible for order processing, purchasing, invoicing, collections, A/R, A/P, inventory, budgeting, commission calculations, and compliance items like Sales & Use Tax, and Year-End reporting which ultimately ties out to our Multi-state and Federal Income Tax returns as prepared by our CPA firm.

I spent 10+ years in the restaurant management field and earned my BBA degree at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater (Summa Cum Laude).  In the month of my graduation, I passed the CPA exam.  After working for National CPA firms for 3 years doing audit and tax work, I ran my own small CPA firm for 7 years.  After selling my business, I worked for a Regional Farm Cooperative as a Team Leader overseeing two of the largest tax and accounting revenue locations in that Coop, and also implemented various new tax, depreciation, and account software products.  Then it was time to move into private accounting versus public accounting in order to establish more consistent work hours.

MasterGraphics has been my work-home since 2014 beginning with managing various aspects of Operations and eventually managing Finance and Operations.

I'm married to my soulmate and best friend Rodney.  We have two adult sons who are very reliable and industrious - really proud of them both!  We have farmland and a home outside of Madison where we grow crops, bale hay, raise and show Arabian horses, & also have dogs.  We love to hunt and fish.  In our spare/spare time, we enjoy gourmet food and red wines.

Work hard, play hard!

Jack Wolf - Service Manager

I oversee the service group at MasterGraphics.  I specialize in 3D printing and imaging solutions for the AEC and manufacturing industries - focusing on high customer satisfaction and urgency of uptime with the critical hardware our customers rely on to lead their respective markets.

I have been working in the additive manufacturing industry for over 15 years, helping companies improve manufacturing and product development processes and reducing costs.  I studied at the University of Milwaukee as a Psychology Major and soon after joined MasterGraphics as a 3D Application Engineer.  As my knowledge base grew, soon began my journey of servicing additive equipment ranging from small FDM units to industrial MJF printers.  I now oversee the Field Service team but continue to service and provide AE support as needed.  I am passionate about the 3D printing industry and I feel that additive manufacturing will change the way we think about designing new products.  Manufacturing design has been constrained by traditional processes but with the addition of AM; innovation, improvements, and efficiency are now at the forefront of manufacturing development.

Outside of work I enjoy my time with my lovely wife, 2 children, and our rambunctious dog.  In my short amount of spare time I enjoy fishing, brewing, cooking, gaming and working on our fixer upper!
